Light on Labour is a place for union and human right activists to write on current political, human right and labour issues as well as campaigns regionally, nationally as well as internationally.

This site has been founded by Mireille “MJ” Jaillet and Nicolas “Nic” Maltais, two employees of the public service, union members of Public Service Alliance of Canada as well as activists within their components, Union of National Employees as well as Union of Canadian Transportation Employees. They have gathered contributions from various union activists from across Canada, from different unions as well as components. They are taking into account different equity lens as well as intersectionality of so many strong and unique individuals.
